As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the president of Patla & Associates, my work is grounded in both extensive clinical experience and advanced academic training. My Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) has given me a profound understanding of the complexities of human behavior, mental health, and the underlying factors that contribute to emotional distress. I am also certified in the RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories) protocol, an evidence-based approach proven to effectively reduce symptoms of PTSD. This depth of knowledge allows me to approach therapy with keen insight, helping you work through challenges in a way that is both meaningful and effective.
I am deeply committed to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and achieve lasting personal growth. My mission is to empower you to navigate difficulties, develop resilience, and create meaningful change. I specialize in treating a wide range of mental health concerns—including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, and relationship difficulties—with compassion, insight, and unwavering support. I also have extensive expertise in working with chronic mental health conditions such as bipolar disorder, mood disorders, and PTSD.
I believe therapy should be as unique as you are. My client-centered approach ensures that our work together is tailored to your individual needs, values, and goals. Drawing from an integrative framework—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused techniques—I offer a flexible, evidence-based approach designed to meet you where you are. I also incorporate existential and person-centered perspectives to help you explore deeper aspects of yourself and your life’s purpose.

Greetings, I am Summer Hulsey, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a rich tapestry of experience spanning six transformative years. My approach is not a rigid framework but a fluid dance, adapting to the unique needs of each client. This flexibility enables me to craft personalized therapeutic interventions that resonate with the individuality of those seeking guidance.
In my practice, I specialize in providing compassionate therapy to individuals aged 18 and above who grapple with a spectrum of mental health and substance use challenges. Recognizing the interconnected nature of these issues, I tailor my approach to address the unique complexities each client brings to the therapeutic space.
Whether navigating the intricacies of anxiety, depression, or substance dependency, I am committed to fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work towards sustainable recovery and mental well-being.

Hi there, I’m Hope.
Are the stressors of everyday life taking a toll on you?
Left unchecked, those stressors can show up as anxiety, depression, and self-doubt which can negatively impact your interpersonal relationships and health.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). I help people manage and process the effects of those stressors. Together we can identify some positive coping mechanisms to improve your quality of life. We will use an all-encompassing approach that focuses on the health of the body and mind.
I promote integrating healthy life habits that include positive affirmations, mindfulness, and art to increase self-awareness and self-love, as I’m a big proponent of self-acceptance!
Though therapy can be scary, think of it as the first step! After all you deserve some peace.
In sessions together, I will meet you where you are at and we will go from there.

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I’m deeply committed to supporting the emotional and mental well-being of children, adolescents, adults, and families. Helping people heal, grow, and thrive is not just my work—it’s my passion.
I believe in working collaboratively with my clients to build healthier coping skills that lead to personal growth and lasting resilience. My approach is warm, empathetic, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Whether I’m working with individuals or families, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can recharge your spirit, refocus your thoughts, and strengthen your inner foundation. Together, we’ll face life’s challenges and move toward meaningful, positive change.

Hi! I’m so glad you’ve taken the brave step to explore support for yourself. My name is Lesley Miranda, and I am an AMFT and APCC. My style blends compassion with encouragement, helping you explore challenges safely while uncovering the tools and resilience you already carry. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Motivational Interviewing, and have over six years of experience working with adolescents, as well as individuals, couples, and various therapeutic groups.
I incorporate trauma-informed care, empathy, and compassion into our sessions, creating a safe and supportive space for growth. I support adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and trauma. Much of my work focuses on building self-esteem, processing past trauma, and developing healthier coping strategies. I also have a deep passion for men’s mental health, with the hope that men feel supported and empowered in a space that truly welcomes them.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but seeking support is a courageous and meaningful choice, and you don’t have to do it alone.

Hello! My name is Kayla Zabala, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate the challenges of growing up and finding their sense of self. I believe that every person has a story that deserves to be heard with compassion, and respect — and my role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and understanding as you move through life’s transitions.
I take a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your feelings, discover your strengths, and build confidence. I work with clients who may be struggling with social anxiety, self-esteem, self-image, peer and family relationships, and feelings of not belonging.
For children and teens, I often use play therapy and creative techniques to help them express and identify emotions, improve communication, and develop socio-emotional skills. With young adults, I provide support during the transition into adulthood — from managing school and work pressures, navigating relationships, identity exploration, and the increasing challenges of independence in today’s world.
My goal is to help each person I work with feel seen, empowered, understood, and capable of creating positive change.
No matter where you are in your journey, I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
